Information we process
We process delivery and security logs, privacy-focused website analytics, and the name, work email, organization, enquiry type, and message you choose to submit through the Contact page. We use this information to operate and secure the website, understand aggregate usage, and respond to enquiries.
Processors and retention
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and Web Analytics; BigAI also uses a self-hosted Umami analytics service and Resend for contact-email delivery. Contact enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive correspondence, security logs for up to 90 days, and analytics records for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required to establish or defend legal claims.
Your choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact information you submitted by emailing [email protected].
